If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund of the item and return postage within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item has not been worn and still has the tag in tact.
WE DO NOT REFUND ON EARRING PURCHASES FOR HYGIENE REASONS
We will not accept any items that have been worn or that have tags removed.
On receipt of your order, please check all items thoroughly and ensure the tag is in tact. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the title Faulty Order
If you receive a faulty item and you have notified us straight away, (as above) we will give you a number to quote on your returned package. We will inspect all items and replace item or refund at our discretion.
If you have purchased an item, which you have worn and it is faulty, you can return to us at your cost and we will inspect the item and where possible repair. It may be possible there will be a cost involved if it is through wear and tear. We will notify you on receipt of the item and we will not proceed without immediate from yourself.
We will refund the amount to the same card as you originally purchased and it will show within 30 days from receipt of the item. You will be sent a refund receipt by email when we have received the goods back.
If you have received a gift from us and you do not have the receipt, but you wish to return the item, we can exchange the item if you return with the tag in tact and the original packaging. On receipt of the item we will ask you to send us a wish list with the items you would prefer to exchange it for.
